What does the electronic bank eBank@Net com enable?


It enables comprehensive processing of domestic and foreign payment transactions. It is a multi-bank solution that enables business with all business accounts opened at several banks. Due to its high capacity, it is possible to deal with a larger number of documents (payment orders, e-invoices, SEPA direct debits, etc.).

Frequently asked questions and answers

I am currently using the online bank Poslovni Bank@Net com, but I would also like to start using the electronic bank eBank@Net com (Halcom Hal E-bank). What should I do?
Simultaneous use of the Poslovni Bank@Net online bank and the Halcom solution (electronic bank eBank@Net com, online bank Bank@Net com and mobile bank mBank@Net com) is not possible. If you want to start using one or more Halcom digital solutions, contact your bank administrator, who will fill in the application forms for opening the desired channels. From the moment you register for the electronic bank eBank@Net com, the online bank Bank@Net com and/or the mobile bank mBank@Net com, your Poslovni Bank@Net online bank will only be available for viewing the transaction history.
How do I install eBank@Net com (Halcom Hal E-bank/Personal) on my computer?
Before installation, make sure that:
  1. The hardware meets at least the basic requirements. Usually, the amount of hard disk space is critical. The electronic bank eBank@Net com (Halcom Hal E-bank) needs about 200 MB, the size of the database - depends on the number of records you want to keep in the files.
  2. The version of Windows operating system you are using is running smoothly. Correct any errors before installing the Hal E-Bank software.

Only Microsoft Windows operating systems supported by the manufacturer are supported to work with Hal E-Bank.
  • To download Hal E-Bank/Personal 22.0.00, click here.
  • In the middle of the web page, click the Save button to save the file in any folder.
  • Then find the Personal E-Bank file and run it by clicking the Run button. The Hal E-Bank/Personal software installation wizard opens.
  • In the "Welcome to the InstallShield wizard for Hal E-Bank/Personal" window, select the Next option.
  • When asked "Do you accept the license terms", select Yes .
  • In the row or select Custom installation or Upgrade (depending on installation selection) as the installation type and click the Next button.
  • In the next step, select (or leave unchecked) the Program Files and Nexus Personal options, and then click the Next button.
  • The installation wizard will prompt you for a folder to install Hal E-Bank/Personal (usually C:\Program Files\Halcom\Personal E-Bank). If this folder does not yet exist, we advise you to select the offered folder and click on the Next button.
  • Click the Finish button to complete the installation of Hal E-Bank/Personal. Then a window will appear saying that the Nexus Personal program has been successfully installed. After that, the computer must be restarted.
It should be noted that for the operation of the electronic bank eBank@Net com (Halcom Hal E-bank) you also need a driver for the smart card reader/USB key ONE FOR ALL, which corresponds to your type of Windows operating system. If your type of Windows doesn't install it automatically, install it manually by clicking here.
After installing eBank@Net com (Halcom Hal E-bank) on a new computer, how do I transfer the entire archive from the electronic bank on the previous computer to the electronic bank on the new computer?
The archive must be downloaded before the first start of the new installation of the electronic bank eBank@Net com (Halcom Hal E-bank), i.e. before the first entry into the electronic bank installed on the new computer.
  • First, close the e-bank on the old computer. Then open the installation folder of the old electronic bank installation on the old computer. You can do this in the following way. On the desktop of the computer, right-click on the e-bank shortcut icon, then left-click on Properties, and then left-click on Find destination or Open the file location (Find target or Open file location). In this way, the electronic bank installation folder will open. Start the PersonalEbankMigrationWin.exe program in the installation folder of the old e-bank installation on the old computer (start the PersonalEbankMigrationWin.exe program, which is basically already located in the old e-bank installation folder). In the window that opens, read the warning and click on the Save button.

  • In the next window that opens, read the notification and click on the Yes button.

  • Then select the location where you will save the file with the archive data (e.g. choose the desktop and click on the OK button.

Do not change the name of this file. Transfer the object file to a new computer (eg desktop). The newly installed e-bank should be closed on the new computer. Then open the installation folder of the new e-bank installation on the new computer and start the PersonalEbankMigrationWin.exe program in it (start the PersonalEbankMigrationWin.exe program, which is basically already located in the new e-bank installation folder). This must be done before the first start of the e-bank on the new computer. In the window that opens, read the warning and click on the Download button.

  • Then select the downloaded compressed ("zipped") file with archive data (PersonalEBankMigration_XX.XXXX.zip) - from the location where you previously saved it without changing its name - and click on the Open button.

How do I install eBank@Net com - Halcom Hal E-bank/Corporate - on my computer?

I am already a Halcom Hal E-bank user at another bank. Now I also want to do business in Halcom Hal E-bank with a OTP banka business account. What do you advise me?
First of all, you must fill out the forms for registering a OTP banka account in the electronic bank eBank@Net com (Hal E-bank) in OTP banka.

You will access your OTP banka account in Halcom Hal E-bank via the same icon that you already have installed on your computer desktop. You will enter the electronic bank with an existing qualified Halcom CA digital certificate and an existing PIN number. All you will have to do is manually add OTP banka to eBank@Net com.

You can add Bank OTP banka to the electronic bank eBank@Net com by following the following steps:
  1. Select Communication from the toolbar
  2. Select My First Bank Connection
  3. Click Connect
  4. Select OTP banka

Confirm your selection by entering the PIN number of your qualified Halcom digital certificate. This way you will add OTP banka to the app and all your OTP banka accounts will be added automatically.

How to properly prepare order packages in xml format and in accordance with SEPA standards?

A file can only be imported into eBank@Net com (Hal E-bank) if it is prepared in XML format and in accordance with SEPA standards. The standards and manuals are available on the website of the Association of Banks of Slovenia and are helpful in checking errors when preparing packages.
