On 7 March 2024, the rating agency Fitch Ratings affirmed Nova Kreditna banka Maribor d.d.'s Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (LT IDR) at 'BBB-' and changed its Outlook from Stable to Positive.
Positive Outlook reflects Fitch's expectation that the Bank's Long-Term IDR is likely to be upgraded following its successful merger with its sister bank SKB banka d.d. planned for 2H 2024.
Fitch also affirmed the Bank's Short-Term Issuer Default Rating at 'F3', its Viability Rating at 'bbb-', and the Shareholder Support Rating at 'bb+'.
The change can usually be made in the browser menu Tools > Internet options, under “Privacy” or “Security” tab. There you can specify which cookies to block and which to enable.
