The payment account with basic features is a law-based payment account in accordance with the Payment Services, Services of Issuing Electronic Money and Payment Systems Act (ZPlaSSIED). It is intended for financially underprivileged individuals and excluded groups of consumers that have previously not had a payment account.

An overdraft option, the option to take out a loan or order a charge card are not available on the payment account with basic features. Cash and non-cash transactions on the account are available only in domestic currency.
