SISBON | OTP banka

SISBON is the Slovenian information system on credit ratings, which allows banks, savings banks and other legal persons mutual exchange and processing of data on clients – natural persons.

SISBON has been designed for managing credit risk of banks, savings banks and other credit providers to ensure responsible lending to individuals. Data from SISBON is used as information when determining creditworthiness underlying credit approval (loan, overdraft, card limit).

Inquiries in SISBON are also made for guarantees provided by a natural person to a natural person or by a natural person to a legal person. SISBON was established on the basis of the Banking Act (ZBan-2) by banks and savings banks, which also use and manage the data submitted. Details about SISBON are available on their website.
